They are seeking a Field Copier Technician to join their service team, responsible for troubleshooting and repairing office equipment while providing excellent technical support to customers.

Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base
Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
Developing options to solve unusual problems
Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations
Qualification
Required

Preferred
Canon, Ricoh, HP, or Lexmark experience a plus
Mechanical and Electrical Mindset
Other experience and training with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, and other manufacturers is a plus!
Strong computer knowledge a plus!
