Senior Manager, Finance - Sam's Club

Walmart Canada is seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Finance Manager to support Sam’s Real Estate Investment Portfolio. This role involves partnering with Real Estate and Finance leaders to achieve the goal of opening new clubs while overseeing the remodeling of the entire club fleet.

Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze complex financial models to support strategic investment decisions
Build relationships across the organization to drive collaborative communication, strategic alignment, and clear project management
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, refine, and implement Real Estate strategies that support business objectives
Communicate financial results, forecasts, and variances to senior management with clear presentations and documentation
Leverage tools, systems and reports to drive actionable insights across the business
Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and evaluate business opportunities
Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area
1 year's experience leading and completing cross-functional projects
1 year's supervisory experience

Analyzing data and interpreting results
Microsoft Office
Working in a large, complex, matrixed organization
Masters: Business Administration
