NEOGOV is part of the New Jersey Courts, which is seeking an experienced professional for the role of Court Executive 2B in Business Intelligence. The position involves leading a team responsible for data analytics initiatives, including report and dashboard production, while enhancing the Judiciary's business intelligence capabilities.

Responsibilities

Management of an approximately 20 person team of analysts and technicians responsible for:

Reporting & dashboard requirements

Dashboard development (Tableau)

Production of critical monthly and yearly reports (both internal and external to the Judiciary)

Satisfying critical ad-hoc data/report requests (e.g. from the legislature and other state agencies)

Program and project management of key data analytics initiatives

Partnering with key Central Office and Vicinage (i.e. county court operations) leaders to identify reporting & dashboard & other data related needs

Presentations to management (all levels) to increase data literacy and adoption of data analytics tools

Regular and predictable physical presence at the worksite is an essential function of this position

Required

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree

Five years of professional administrative and/or program management experience which shall have included responsibility for program development and/or implementation and the achievement of program goals

Three years of supervision of staff

Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills

Knowledge of court case processing and related data

Familiarity with court operations

Driver's license valid in New Jersey only if the operation of a vehicle is necessary to perform essential duties of the position

Authorization to work in the US according to Department of Homeland Security, US Citizenship and Immigration Services regulations

Newly hired employees must agree to a thorough background check that will include fingerprinting

Establish and maintain principal residence in the State of New Jersey within one year of hiring
