Responsibilities
Complete various operational risk management tasks supporting operations
Coordinate external/Internal audits with internal teams and external auditors
Root cause analysis on risk incidents
Continuing education and training of risk management skills through training, both in the risk and control organization and the functional processing teams
Qualification
Required
Collaboration and teamwork skills and experience, including strong interpersonal skills
Organizational skills, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including experience with business process documentation, and preparing management reports using PowerPoint and Excel
Strong analytical skills, including root cause analysis
Understanding of the basic principles of financial operations
College degree (BS or BA)
Preferred
Power BI and Alteryx are a plus
