Qualification
Required
Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
1+ year of civil defense litigation experience
Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
Legal research and writing
Taking and defending depositions
Client and insurance carrier reporting
Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
Professional, confident communication and presentation skills
Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of assignments
Preferred
Licensure in surrounding states a plus, but not required
Experience with mediations and arbitrations is a plus
