Drive Impact: Take charge of personal injury cases, providing essential support throughout all phases of litigation
Be a Key Player: Work alongside one to three attorneys, offering your expertise and insights to drive case success
Engage Directly: Communicate with clients, providers, and opposing counsel, making sure everyone stays informed and engaged
Stay Ahead: Bring your organizational skills and proactive attitude to manage documents, deadlines, and case details efficiently
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of legal litigation experience required
Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and interrogatories
Conducting legal research and providing thorough written analysis on statutes, regulations, and judicial decisions
Assisting with trial preparation, and possibly attending trials and hearings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (3 years required)
Preferred
3-5 years of legal litigation experience preferred
Familiarity with FileVine or other case management systems preferred
Personal injury experience is a huge plus
