Responsibilities

Lead land development survey projects including boundary resolution, topographic mapping, and construction calculations

Review and approve survey deliverables including plats, legal descriptions, and records of survey

Ensure all survey work meets R.E.Y. standards, client expectations, and applicable state regulations

Oversee QA/QC on survey computations, mapping, and data integration with Civil 3D and MicroStation

Mentor survey technicians, surveyors-in-training, and field crews

Support staff training, performance development, and workflow improvement

Collaborate with the Principal Surveyor to create a cohesive, growth-oriented team culture

Manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules for multiple concurrent assignments

Coordinate with engineering and design teams to support integrated project delivery

Communicate directly with clients, subconsultants, and local agencies
