Responsibilities
Proactively try and find compliance issues and data tagging irregularities sourced in reports
Respond to internally- and externally-reported compliance issues found in reports
Perform root cause analysis
Enable solutions to ensure data integrity and quality control of smart data tags in performance data
Document investigative solutions
Track and report remediation solutions, as well as work with external partners to fix identified issues
Validate and ensure accurate and compliant data is available to the Enterprise
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI with POLY
Strong understanding of customer data compliance policy and smart data tagging with the customer
Ensure mission management data sourced in reports adheres to data assurance and governance policies
Comply with evolving access, retention and purge policies
Ensure data is as complete, accurate and compliant as possible
Proactively try and find compliance issues and data tagging irregularities sourced in reports
Respond to internally- and externally-reported compliance issues found in reports
Perform root cause analysis
Enable solutions to ensure data integrity and quality control of smart data tags in performance data
Document investigative solutions
Track and report remediation solutions
Work with external partners to fix identified issues
Validate and ensure accurate and compliant data is available to the Enterprise
High School Diploma or GED plus twenty-four (24) years of general systems engineering experience
Bachelor's degree in a qualified engineering or related field plus (20) years of systems engineering experience
Master's degree or PhD in a qualified engineering or related field plus (18) years of systems engineering experience
Preferred
Experience with ABACUS
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
Strong deep troubleshooting and/or problem-solving experience, especially with root cause analysis
Strong oral, written and interpersonal communications skills
Ability to work independently and within a team setting to complete assigned tasks on schedule
Flexible/easily adaptable within a dynamic work environment
