Responsibilities
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal memoranda
Conduct and defend depositions
Manage discovery and prepare cases for trial
Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
Interface directly with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel
Assist with trial preparation, strategy, and case management
Qualification
Required
Licensed to practice law in California (required)
1+ year of civil litigation experience
Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Team-oriented with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
