Responsibilities
Monitor engineering processes and products to ensure compliance with regulatory standard and practices
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Perform quality review internal audits
Evaluate data and write reports to validate or identify deviations from existing standards
Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of the finished product
Recommend modifications for existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality
Manage a team of onshore and offshore quality engineers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field
10 years of QE Engineering and people management experience
10 years of experience with Java, Selenium, Jira, qTest, Rest Assured and Test NG Framework
4 years of experience with case management experience including accounting and deposit management
