Review and process applications submitted to the Department of State, Division of Licensing Services for complete information and verify that additional required documentation is present
Review experience, education and exam documents
Handle payments, refund requests and verify accuracy of financial reports
Correspond and assist applicants and licensees through mail, email or telephone
Qualification
Required
There Are No Minimum Education Or Experience Requirements for Trainee Level
One year of experience reviewing and processing applications for licensure in professional and technical occupations for Full Level
Permanent service in this title or one year of permanent competitive or 55-B/C service in a title SG-4 or higher for Competitive Minimum Qualifications
Preferred
Candidates with 55B/C eligibility are encouraged to apply
