Responsibilities
Act as the “team owner,” managing day-to-day copy responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to craft novel, original work across multiple mediums—print, digital, and beyond—for diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients
Develop a deep understanding of the brand, category, and marketplace
Demonstrate strong conceptual abilities and superior storytelling skills
Create sales aids, core claims, and other promotional materials that drive engagement
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of experience in the advertising industry
Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical agency experience, including writing for HCPs and patients
Proven ability to develop sales aids, core claims, and other promotional content
Portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual ability
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in advertising, communications, journalism, or related field; coursework in pharmaceutical advertising or life sciences a plus
Strong communication and presentation skills
Understanding of a strategically driven creative process
Basic knowledge of digital communications and media channels
