Responsibilities

Performs variant interpretation and writes reports

May act as subject matter expert for a group of genes, disorders, tests, and/or processes

Supports team efforts required to meet corporate and team goals and objectives

Additional responsibilities depending on needs of the team may include: Abstracts clinical information from patient records

Manages urgent or complex cases at specific steps or throughout the testing process

Prepares or provides clinical review of materials for website, marketing materials, or other projects

Assists with populating variant, gene, or disease-specific test information, report language, or other clinical information in internal databases

Performs other duties assigned in support of the team or department
