Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide a warm and inviting welcome upon entering the store
Handle incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
Monitor and manage store’s email, respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests
Handle customer complaints or concerns, resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
Call clients when items are ready for pickup or payment is due
Enter purchases and parts orders into the system
Coordinate shipping, pickups, and order fulfillment
Communicate with vendors and manage order logistics
Support back-office tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly

3+ years of back-office support in retail experience required
