Responsibilities

You have experience collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications

You are passionate about customer service, with a strong customer focus, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

You are an experienced EPM/FCCS consultant with a consistent track record of designing and delivering high-scale, high-impact solutions

You have good understanding of Income statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, different methods of consolidation and their calculations and disclosure in financial statement

You advise customers on the optimal allocation of workloads across various systems for enhanced performance and efficiency

You have a broader view across multiple processes associated with the EPM ecosystem, like, Integration of EPM with ERP, HCM, and third-party system

You stay up to date on the latest Oracle EPM technologies and best practices through continuous learning

You have experience with custom business rules/insertion rules in FCCS

You have experience in optimizing the performance of the customer FCCS application

You have experience with DSO/EOBP features enablement and enabling with AI embedded features in FCCS

Qualification

Required

CA, CPA, BE, BTech, MCA, MBA in Finance, Accounting

10+ years of EPM consulting and implementation experience in EPM/FCCS cloud products

Worked on 4+ end-to-end implementations in FCCS, ARCS, TRCS

Deep functional knowledge of financial processes and associated functionality in the EPM area

Expertise in developing custom integrations using EPM Data Integration, EPM Integration Agent, Pipeline, Groovy Business Rule, and EPM Automate

Hands-on knowledge of scripting (Batch/Python/PowerShell)

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and master unfamiliar concepts quickly with little supervision

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
