Responsibilities
Maintain effectiveness of merchandise flow, filling and presentation standards throughout the store and stock
Work three to four shifts per week, each shift being about four to five hours, depending on business needs
Be required to work most Saturdays and some Sundays, especially during peak holiday seasons
Contribute to customer experience, store presentation, and sales floor operations
Assist in stockroom duties and communication across the team
Follow asset protection and shrink policies and procedures
Participate in training and development initiatives
