Responsibilities

Researching historical matters and content to prepare matter and client profiles

Tracking proposals to assist in the development of a pricing repository

Supporting pricing analysts in memorializing key financial metrics and pricing trends

Documenting and maintaining detailed records of procedures, assumptions, methodologies and sources of information utilized in analyses

Collaborating with Finance & Accounting department staff and other administrative departments to ensure data consistency

Testing pricing software and tools for accuracy and usability, including documentation of findings

Required

Must be enrolled full-time, in a 4-year university/college pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required

Must be well organized with strong attention to detail and good business judgment, capable of handling sensitive information with appropriate discretion

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to work independently and maintain flexibility with respect to assigned tasks due to changing deadlines and deliverables in a fast-paced environment

Must have a positive attitude and be results-oriented, dependable, adhere to established time commitments and demonstrate strong customer service attributes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Continually working to ensure quality and accuracy of work product

Ability to problem solving skills and provide creative solutions

Contributing to team to develop tools, processes, and procedures to maximize efficiency

Maintaining positive, collaborative and professional attitude within pricing team and as well as with other departments and lawyers
