Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking a Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely delivery and pickup of packages throughout the client campus while providing excellent customer service. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and basic technical proficiency in a physically active environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver and retrieve packages throughout the client campus in a timely and accurate manner

Perform shipping and receiving duties, including processing inbound and outbound packages

Provide friendly, professional customer service to clients and staff

Safely operate a company van or tragon with trailer as required

Use company-issued iPhone and tracking systems to scan, log, and track packages

Communicate with team members and dispatch using Slack or similar messaging tools

Utilize basic computer applications, including limited use of Excel and Outlook

Follow all safety, traffic, and company policies and procedures

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
