Responsibilities

Assists Director/Manager in training, supervising, scheduling, and evaluating department staff
Ensure staff compliance with all safety/loss prevention standards and regulations
Assisting in day-to-day operations and driving workflow
Reviewing quality of work of team members and contractors
Taking lead on water treatment and PM schedule
Assisting in scheduling and managing Fire, Life, Safety inspections
Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities and to maximize room occupancy
Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Field guest complaints, conduct research and resolve and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction
Receive, input, retrieve and relay messages to guests

Required

Have knowledge of general safe operating procedures
Be skilled in using electrical testing instruments
Have ability to lift, grasp, and/or carry supplies or equipment weighing up to 75lbs and climb stairs and ladders, working at heights up to approximately 25 feet
Be able to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping and kneeling
Have hearing ability to respond to beeper communication
Have visual ability to identify and locate existing problems
