Prepare detailed estimates for earthwork, utilities, stormwater, paving, and complete site packages
Review drawings, specs, and reports to determine accurate quantities and scope
Perform digital takeoffs and evaluate subcontractor/supplier pricing
Maintain cost data and participate in bid reviews and handoffs
Collaborate with project teams and develop strong industry relationships
Qualification
Required
3-7+ years of estimating experience in site development or heavy civil
Strong understanding of civil plans and production rates
Proficiency with takeoff/estimating software (Agtek, HCSS, Bluebeam, etc.)
Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
Preferred
Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred but optional
