Qualification
Required
Licensed to practice law in Florida
2+ years of experience in insurance defense and general civil litigation
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Proven ability to handle discovery, motion practice, and depositions independently
Strong organizational and time management skills
Team-oriented with a proactive, client-focused approach
Preferred
Experience with construction defect, premises liability, and professional liability
