Courier & Customer Service Specialist
Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking a Courier / Customer Service Associate responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely delivery and pickup of packages throughout the client campus while providing excellent customer service. This physically active role requires reliability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
Deliver and pick up packages across the client campus in a timely and accurate manner
Provide friendly, professional customer service to clients and staff
Safely operate a company van or a tragon with trailer
Use company-issued iPhone and technology for tracking, receiving, and shipping operations
Scan, log, and verify packages during delivery and pickup
Follow all safety, traffic, and company policies and procedures
Communicate effectively with dispatch and campus contacts regarding deliveries
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to operate a company vehicle and trailer (training provided if needed)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable using smartphone technology and shipping/receiving applications
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
