Maintenance Reliability Sr Analyst/Specialist
The Campbell's Company has been connecting people through food since 1869 and is seeking a Maintenance Reliability Sr Analyst/Specialist. This role involves owning and executing the site's Asset Care and Reliability pillar, focusing on continuous improvement and reliability strategies within the Maintenance department.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the execution of the Maintenance department’s 90-day plan utilizing ACR methodology, reliability data, coaching, and tracking of results
Develops a competent and efficient Maintenance Department workforce. Assures personnel have the training, tools, supplies, and materials required for performing maintenance services
Strategic Planning - Develops, recommends, and reviews long-term strategies for expense and capital initiatives relating to the Maintenance Department and the successful operation of the plant
Driving and owning the failure analysis process across the Maintenance department
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
2 + years of technical experience within manufacturing
Preferred
Bachelor's degree: Engineering degree strongly preferred
CMRP, PMP, or RCA certifications
SAP CMMS, RCFA, ACR, OPEX, Microsoft Systems (Excel, Projects, Power point)
Superior listening skills
Process minded problem-solving skills
Experience in a plant production environment, preferably, food processing or pharmaceutical
Strong people and relationship management skills with the ability to direct and lead others to deliver results
Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance
Working knowledge of SAP
Strong analytical skills
Experience and passion for introducing new techniques and technology's
Excellent planning and organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities/assignments
Good communication and presentation skills
Willingness to work off-shifts, weekends and holidays as needed
