Responsibilities

Audit Safety Control Systems (SCS) for compliance with ISO 13849-1 and ANSI B11
Identify non-conformities and develop validated countermeasures
Manage third-party consultants using milestones and KPIs
Develop project schedules, deliverables, and status reports
Support cross-functional teams with troubleshooting and technical guidance

Required

Functional Safety Certification (TÜV or equivalent)

Safety PLC programming experience and PLC/SPLC system integration
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred

Risk assessments, FMEA / FMEDA
Experience with Safety PLC platforms (GuardLogix, Omron Sysmac, Siemens, Keyence, Toyopuc)
