Manage outside litigation counsel
Drafting and negotiating other types of contracts
Providing legal guidance for security-related matters
Handling any insurance or bankruptcy matters, should they arise
Qualification
Required
8 years of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) experience
Comfortable handling lease transactions
Comfortable handling purchase and sale transactions
Comfortable handling property management
Real estate litigation experience
Ability to manage outside litigation counsel
Experience drafting and negotiating contracts
Providing legal guidance for security-related matters
Handling insurance or bankruptcy matters, should they arise
