Proven experience as a Project Financial Analyst or similar role supporting large-scale ERP implementations
Specific experience with Workday implementation projects of significant size and scope
Strong financial accounting background with expertise in project budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking
Ability to manage complex budgets and provide accurate financial reporting for multi-million dollar programs
Experience working with program directors and senior leadership on resource planning and budget management
Proficiency in financial analysis, variance analysis, and cost management
Excellent communication skills with ability to present financial data to technical and non-technical audiences
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
