TikTok Channel Lead
ForceBrands is looking for a TikTok Channel Lead to scale their TikTok Shop by driving operational excellence and building a high-performance affiliate/coaching pipeline. The role involves managing profitability, optimizing catalog and ads, and leading affiliate engagement to drive GMV growth.
Responsibilities
Maintaining profitability within contribution margin and discount guardrails
Ensuring our catalog is fully optimized, launches are executed with discipline, and ads deliver efficient ROAS that supports margin
Keeping our creative/ad calendar updated weekly
Managing a high-performing affiliate coaching pipeline that consistently drives GMV, developing new creator coaches and delivering positive ROI
Maintaining a stable, retained base of productive affiliates, with Discord engagement translating into long-term GMV growth
Leading TikTok growth that amplifies Amazon and DTC through joint initiatives, while compliance guardrails protect the brand
Qualification
Required
Proven, Hands-On Experience Managing 7-Figure GMV or Similar Scale TikTok Shop
Managing hundreds of affiliates and creators
Overseeing multiple concurrent challenges and campaigns
Strategic Execution Mindset
Proficient in data analysis, Excel, reporting and process building
Strategic problem-solving, proactive risk flagging
People leadership experience
System-minded, detail-oriented
Team player
Strong communicator
Collaborative, accountable, calm under pressure
