Responsibilities

Perform final, comprehensive quality assurance reviews of discovery response packets

Identify and clearly document issues requiring correction as well as identify gaps, inconsistencies, compliance issues, and drafting errors quickly and accurately

Apply advanced knowledge of discovery objections, responses, and best practices

Help shape and define discovery QA standards at scale

Required

5+ years of hands-on discovery experience including the review of written discovery responses in personal injury or mass tort matters within high-volume or managed legal services environments

Working knowledge of Interrogatories, RFPs, RFAs, and discovery workflows

Proven ability to independently draft and review discovery responses end-to-end with a keen ability to catch errors in documents before delivery

Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written – with fluency in Spanish
