Responsibilities

Perform in-depth compensation analysis for our North American locations to provide recommendations to HR and business leadership
Process compensation requests including job evaluations, salary recommendations, salary surveys and the annual compensation cycle
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR business partners, Recruiters and business managers
Provide data-driven insights to optimize compensation processes using HR systems like Workday

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
2+ years of Compensation / Analyst experience required

Preferred

PHR or CCP certification a plus
Experience in Salary.com CompAnalyst tool and Workday or similar HCM system a plus
