Senior Account Manager - Digital Healthcare & Pharma Marketing
TurnKey Marketing is seeking a Senior Account Manager to serve as the primary day-to-day client lead for a major pharmaceutical account. This role involves guiding the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital programs while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for a major pharmaceutical account
Guide planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital programs by partnering with teams
Own client-facing performance narratives by translating media and analytics insights into clear recommendations and next-step guidance
Ensure HCP and DTC initiatives are planned and delivered in alignment with FDA, MLR, and platform requirements, proactively flagging risk and guiding compliant solutions
Partner on pharmaceutical website initiatives by aligning cross-functional teams, managing approvals, and ensuring timelines and client expectations are met
Partner with internal specialists and external vendors to deliver high-quality work
Own scopes, budgets, and timelines, proactively managing risk, scope changes, and client expectations in collaboration with internal leads
Present campaign performance and recommendations to client stakeholders
Support junior team members and foster strong cross-team collaboration
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years of client-facing agency experience
3+ years in pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated healthcare marketing
Experience working within FDA and MLR processes (direct MLR experience a plus)
Strong understanding of digital channels and performance reporting
Exposure to paid media, analytics, SEO, and multi-channel campaign execution
Excellent communication, organization, and client presentation skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
Are comfortable leading complex client relationships
Can confidently explain performance trends and tradeoffs to clients
Have partnered across media, analytics, creative, and development teams
Have supported or overseen website initiatives in regulated environments
Bring hands-on leadership experience owning digital program outcomes and client recommendations (execution supported by channel specialists)
Have experience navigating regulated healthcare marketing
