Responsibilities
To welcome and greet customers
To learn the Roche Bobois collections and be able to present them to our clients
To know and apply Roche Bobois policies and have all key information needed to sell (Quick ship stock references, samples, pricing..)
To use our 3D software company tools when for projects
To follow up with leads in a professional manner
To be on house calls when required
Meeting personal monthly sales goal
To place purchase orders to our factories and be in charge of their follow up
To provide updates to clients when needed
To coordinate with the customer service department the resolution of potential issues with our customers
To be service oriented and follow up with clients regarding their service requests
To update the store tagging (Prices, special promotion
Marketing store tools when needed
To assist in the preparation of the settings of the showroom upon corporate policies and under the supervision of the store manager
To report any store improvement needed to the store manager and assist on its resolution
Qualification
Required
2 years' experience in a retail sales environment in the furniture industry, able to engage easily with clients
Strong Relationship Building Skills required
Must be able to reach monthly sales goals
Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Attention to Details
High-end Attitude and presentation, Confident, Passionate, Pro-active, Creative, Team player, Ability to learn quickly
Strong verbal and written communication required
Must have the ability to build relationships and have passion for connecting with others
Eligible to work in the US
Preferred
20/20 or 3D Design software knowledge is a plus
Interest in the Design Furniture & Art industry
Interior Design Degree or Certificate a plus
