Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Multi-Tool Solution Design: Lead the effort to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate these needs into clear technical specifications, designing solutions that leverage the best-fit tool—either BPLogix Process Director for robust, auditable workflows or Power Automate for agile, connector-based automations
Process Implementation & Development: Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies. Implement and develop optimized solutions by building sophisticated forms and approval workflows in Process Director and creating automated flows and integrations with Power Automate to connect disparate systems and services
Continuous Improvement: Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives across Business Systems. Monitor and refine automated processes on both platforms, leveraging feedback and performance metrics to enhance usability and drive efficiency, applying Agile and Six Sigma lean methodologies where appropriate
Project & Team Facilitation: Manage and facilitate cross-functional teams, including contractors, AF/DOD personnel, and customers, to deliver business process automation projects on time. Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring clear communication and successful outcomes
It is a condition of employment to wear company issued PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in accordance with supervisory direction and company policy

Qualification
Required
Associates degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or any equivalent combination of education and progressive and relevant experience
Automation experience may be substituted with other relevant IT experiences
Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
Proven ability to manage and facilitate projects with diverse, cross-functional teams
Experience working within Government, Military, or large-scale environments
Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance and the AEDC local area network
Current U. S. Citizenship required
Preferred
Hands-on experience with one or more workflow automation platforms, especially BPLogix Process Director and/or Microsoft Power Automate
Skilled in oral and written communication
Knowledge of and experience implementing Agile and/or Six Sigma lean methodologies
Skilled at building and maintaining personnel and customer relationships
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
Active DoD security clearance or able to obtain an Active DoD security clearance
