Responsibilities
Build rapport and develop relationships with new and existing customers to create an exceptional customer experience and aid in generating future business
Assist daily sales and operational needs of the showroom and specialists through successful account and order management tasks including, but not limited to, email broadcasts, submitting orders, steaming garments, tracking and shipping orders
Provide a visually stimulating and welcoming environment for customers, while offering the team a functional workspace, ensuring the presentation of the showroom are up to company standards
Partner with our VP of Sales, Market Directors, the Customer Service/Training Director to design and construct the most effective and on-brand communication, engagement and marketing strategies for your showroom
Support and reinforce a positive showroom culture and embody company values
Be timely and provide clear, honest, and respectful communication with all customers and team members at all times
Qualification
Required
1-3+ years of customer service and/or administrative experience
Advanced organizational and communication skills
Passionate about people and relationship building
An eye for every. single. detail
Ability to confidently handle yourself internally with peers and externally with clients
Independent and entrepreneurial with creative, critical-thinking skills
Strong sense of self-awareness, humility, and personal responsibility in all that you do
Flexibility to adapt and a willingness to try new things
A curiosity that drives you to learn and develop yourself professionally and personally
