Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to deliver effective strategic solutions, on time, and within budget
Align product investment with commercial business objectives through deep understanding of deliverables and organizational needs
Act as the point of contact as well as handle escalations for all product, operational and engineering
Define business requirements, create the product road map and manage the development lifecycle to ensure successful delivery and implementation
Manage trade-off discussions with Engineering and client group
Qualification
Required
You have at least eight (8) years of total professional experience with at least five (5) years directly in product management or business analysis with a broker dealer
You have created industry-defining analytics products or productivity tools for the enterprise market
You have technical skills that will help you to gain an in-depth understanding of our platform and make meaningful contributions to conversations on topics like data modeling and software architecture
You have capital markets experience across a wide range of products (equities, fixed income, derivatives, futures etc...)
You're a creative, logical and strategic product thinker who loves collaborating across the company with engineering, operations, marketing, design and sales
You have strong communications skills and know how to articulate precise customer problems
You have led programs across multiple, competing work streams while balancing the business, client and regulatory needs versus budget and time constraints
Advanced skills in either Microsoft Office or Google Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Docs, Sheets or Slides)
You're a proven leader who knows how to influence others
Preferred
The ability to run basic to intermediate SQL queries
Comfortable understanding of APIs and how they enable product functionality, including ability to read basic API documentation and collaborate with engineering on both implementation and integration requirements
