Responsibilities
Draft, negotiate and review contracts, including customer, vendor and third-party service agreements
Assess commercial transactions and provide practical legal and business advice to achieve desired business outcomes
Conduct legal research, prepare documents and offer guidance to business leaders on a variety of legal issues
Interpret laws, rulings and regulations to determine applicability to the company's business
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
4+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate setting
Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin or eligible for admission as in-house counsel
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
