Responsibilities
Collecting, reviewing and analyzing a merchant applicant’s relevant history and records and obtaining additional information to determine suitability as needed
Determining the level of risk and security needed for approval
Offering recommendations on whether to approve an application
Communicating and coordinating with outside agents regarding merchant applications
Working and responding to tickets or other requests from customers, partners and internal Company personnel
Collecting data for reporting purposes
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
3-5 years of payment industry experience
Proficiency with Microsoft products including Microsoft Excel
Ability to analyze, test, assess and / or interpret information or data to make recommendations to enhance business operations
Ability to prioritize tasks as priorities shift
Possess strong analytical and research skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously while producing a high output of quality work
