Responsibilities

Making outbound calls to upsell additional products and services to existing customers
Managing customer renewals as they arise
Educating customers on installed products, service offerings, billing and charges
Listening to customers to understand their needs and offering tailored solutions
Developing and delivering proposals and presentations based on clients’ business needs
Assessing the serviceability of client locations and negotiating pricing, service levels and terms with clients
Collaborating with sales engineers to find appropriate solutions and resolve installation or service issues
Performing ROI assessments to ensure sales profitability
Generating new leads and requesting referrals from existing customers
Working with sales support to complete orders and maintain customer satisfaction and sharing customer insights and feedback with the marketing team

Qualification

Required

5 years of experience in a related field; or a high school diploma/GED with 3 years of experience; or an associate degree, a bachelor's degree or certification in a related discipline
Proficiency with computers and common business software

Preferred

An associate degree or technical certification in a related discipline
2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting quotas
2 years of experience selling over the phone
6 months of experience selling telecommunications products and services
