Responsibilities
Drive success at the Eldorado community in Bremerton, WA
Lead a team of New Home Sales Consultants
Help potential homebuyers achieve their dream of homeownership
Guide homebuyers through the proven sales process
Recruit, select, train, and inspire the sales team
Meet and exceed annual sales goals
Provide ongoing development and training for the team
Set monthly goals for the team
Lead weekly group training sessions
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of high sales performance
Experience in training, managing, and motivating a team
Exceptional communication skills, both face-to-face and via telephone
Available to work on weekends
Valid driver's license required
