Responsibilities

Oversee all day‑to‑day accounting operations, including GL management, month‑end close, and financial reporting

Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing accounting team

Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in partnership with finance leadership

Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial processes

Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets

Coordinate annual audits and manage relationships with external auditors

Support cash flow management, treasury activities, and banking relationships

Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and automation initiatives

Partner with operations, HR, and other departments to support business decisions and provide financial insights
