Responsibilities

Support the agency’s Heat Pump Purchase Program (HP3) and other federally or legislatively mandated Energy Development Services (EDS) programs by providing advanced program coordination, data oversight, and stakeholder engagement
Provide research, technical review, and analysis for the agency’s HP3 program serving as a primary reviewer and ensuring compliance with program statutes and rules

Required

A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a degree related to Energy Incentive programs that demonstrates the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and two years' experience coordinating or administering a program
Any combination of experience or education equivalent to five (5) years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skill requirements listed for the classification
Experience evaluating program guidelines and utilizing analytical skills and sound decision-making skills to assess compliance and ensure consistency in the application of program rules
Experience conducting outreach and maintaining positive relationships with the public, stakeholders, diverse community/stakeholder groups, other agencies, and Tribal and local governments
Experience maintaining a database, capturing data, updating data, analyzing data, generating reports, and reporting out to stakeholders
Experience working in or with governmental agencies
Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the state, as needed

Preferred

Knowledge about renewable energy systems or energy resilience is preferred but not required
