Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online Advanced (QBO)
Perform reconciliations, maintain accrual tracking, maintain monthly amortization tracking, revenue recognition tracking, and drive and manage month-end with accountant, etc
Handle accounts payable/receivable
Prepare accurate financial reports and support compliance needs
Partner with leadership to ensure timely, precise financial records
