Office Clerk - Strong Excel Skills!
Ultimate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. This role involves performing general office duties, supporting multiple functions, and managing a variety of administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation
Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and presentations using MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Assist with processing invoices, tracking expenses, and maintaining accurate records
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
Support internal teams with scheduling, meeting coordination, and document management
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
