Responsibilities

Ensures quality service and operational performance within the parameters of both the client needs and contract
Support for routine "back office" processes, data entry, order and application processing, document verification, accounting support and preparing mailings

Pair offs as required – directed by M/O and counterparty interaction
EOD Balancing and Funding
Buy-in processing
Fail Control & Reporting
FINRA Extension filing
RegSho 204 Reporting
Obligation Warehouse activities including Recaps
Stock & Cash breaks reconciliation
New Issue processing– Strictly settlement processing and fails management
ETF Settlement Processing
Deposit and Withdrawal at Custodian (DWAC) for Buybacks and Conversions

Qualification

DTC Settlements experienceClient support experienceMS-Office proficiencyExperience in corporate environmentBroadridge products experienceBachelor’s degree

Required

1+ years of client support experience
Experience working in a corporate environment
Experience working with MS-Office
Bachelor's degree

Preferred

DTC Settlements experience is a plus
Experience working with Broadridge products is a plus
