Own and execute highly personalized marketing campaigns based on prospect profiles and strategic insights
Analyze data and research to inform campaign concepts, ensuring each campaign is highly targeted and impactful
Oversee project management, coordinating creative elements and ensuring smooth execution
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, creative, and operations teams to refine ideas and ensure campaigns align with client needs
Provide creative direction and copy refinement, ensuring messaging and design are highly polished, engaging, and effective
Identify unique angles and insights that can be leveraged in campaigns to create highly personalized outreach
Manage workflows and process improvements, helping streamline and optimize the campaign execution process
Flex into other operational areas as needed, supporting team needs dynamically
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience in roles that combine creative execution, project management, and operational execution
A creative problem-solver who thrives on bringing unique ideas to life
Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Resourceful and adaptable —able to work through ambiguity and wear many hats
Someone with a strong eye for design and storytelling who can refine creative output
Comfortable analyzing data and insights to shape compelling, targeted campaigns
A proactive executor who can manage campaign workflows, anticipate challenges, and deliver high-quality output on time

Proficient or comfortable in Notion, Slack, AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for research, organization, and communication
Proficient or comfortable in Figma, basic design
