Westinghouse Electric Co is seeking an APX OPS Integration Manager to support their mission of providing clean energy solutions. The role involves managing the standardization and incorporation of project management functions within the APX Delivery Stream organization, overseeing a team to align processes and facilitate collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

Lead and provide oversight of the integration of the APX Delivery Stream organization by ensuring alignment internally within the APX Delivery Stream organization and externally within the broader overall APX Project Management Organization

Forecast program performance, including identification of risk areas and development of mitigation strategies to ensure the program meets safety, quality, and financial goals

Be the trusted partner to the Delivery Stream project procurement leader for each major customer project

Facilitate collaboration between engineering, supply chain, and project management teams to optimize delivery and reduce risk

Provide regular updates to team members, including executive leadership, on program status, challenges, and achievements

Be the primary contact for project management, status, and responsibility for the APx Delivery Stream

Support development of Delivery Stream Functional Excellence staffing forecast

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science Discipline Required

7+ years of relevant experience; at least 3 years in a leadership role of project delivery to major technical design projects

Experience managing deliverables and integrating organizations within a complex project

Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Primavera P6, SAP, Active Risk Management (ARM), Earned Value Management project management methodology)
