Responsibilities

Act as the Crystal Growth Subject Matter Expert, troubleshooting out-of-control processes and restoring stability
Prepare and calibrate ingot pulling equipment, including furnaces and associated controls, ensuring readiness for production
Monitor and adjust process parameters to maintain optimal crystal growth and ingot quality
Perform visual inspections and dimensional checks; identify defects and implement corrective actions as needed
Accurately record production data, process parameters, and quality results in logs and electronic systems; generate performance reports to support decision-making
Report equipment issues promptly and collaborate with maintenance for resolution
Adhere to all safety protocols, EHS regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe work environment
Participate in training and onboarding of new crystal growth technicians

Required

High school diploma or equivalent is required
3+ years of working experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to work with precision and accuracy in a controlled environment
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with colleagues, supervisors, and other stakeholders
Strong technical aptitude and hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and equipment
Capable of navigating HMIs and Computer Based interfaces to troubleshoot equipment issues and process performance issues
Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and best practices in manufacturing operations, with a strong commitment to workplace safety and quality excellence
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing production demands in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to improve production efficiency and quality
