Under general supervision, communicates to Members policies, procedures, and services to ensure complete knowledge of the Plan
Respond to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages from health plan members regarding benefits, eligibility, claims, and services
Must adhere to call handling goals of 80% of calls answered within 30 seconds
Document all member interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the case management
