Responsibilities
Supervise the intake team during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient appointment setting and initial client retainer signing
Coaching, motivating, and guiding staff to adhere to contact assessment protocols and meet activity goals
Assisting staff in delivering on our methodology, emphasizing client satisfaction and retention
Identifying representation opportunities and providing guidance to staff on recognizing closing cues
Supervising shift operations and coordinating the activities of our call-service team
Qualification
Required
Previous experience as a call center supervisor in an Inside Sales Center
A proven track record of closing sales and exceeding customer expectations
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively lead and inspire your team
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team leader
A positive attitude, excellent multitasking skills, and attention to detail
Commitment to meeting internal daily reporting deadlines and driving continuous improvement
