Responsibilities
Supervise and motivate produce team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain clean, fresh, and fully stocked produce displays
Rotate inventory and uphold food safety and quality standards
Provide outstanding service to customers and support to your team
Manage ordering, planning, and inventory control
Lift and move produce items up to 50 lbs
Follow guidance from Store and Assistant Store Directors
Qualification
Required
Strong leadership skills and a team-focused attitude
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
A genuine interest in fresh produce—especially locally sourced items
Must be at least 21 years old
Prior experience in produce or grocery retail preferred
Supervise and motivate produce team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain clean, fresh, and fully stocked produce displays
Rotate inventory and uphold food safety and quality standards
Provide outstanding service to customers and support to your team
Manage ordering, planning, and inventory control
Lift and move produce items up to 50 lbs
Follow guidance from Store and Assistant Store Directors
