Responsibilities

Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of mid to senior positions especially within the Payments and Fintech industry

Build an in depth relationship with our Talent Acquisition Partners and business stakeholders to manage the sourcing strategy for key talents across mid to senior positions, especially within the Payments and Fintech industry

Be the point of contact for these key talents, managing interview scheduling process and communicating logistics to both candidates and hiring teams

Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve the recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA partners

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners/Leads and hiring managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency

Ensure a great candidate experience and advocating TikTok as a great place to work for all candidates

Required

Minimum 3 years of relevant sourcing experience for mid-senior positions via search firm or in-house recruiting environment

Prior experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and other social media, or technical forums

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience

3+ years in-house or agency recruiting experience in the fintech/ hi-tech/ payments industry will be highly preferred

Strong expertise in talent mapping to identify and track high-potential candidates

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks

A strong passion for this industry and demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
